Happy Chinese New Year. We would like to introduce you to our Chinese "exchange" student, Lin Lou. She is from Beijing and is studying at Matt's former school, Dominion Christian High School. She is staying with us for the current semester and is a Junior. After learning that Monday was Chinese New Year, Matt and I decided to make Chinese Dumplings/Dimsum/Jiaozi to celebrate the new year of the Ox.
